SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 15, 2006--Virtuas Open Source Solutions, the premier provider of enterprise-level support and enablement services for Apache Geronimo and other leading open source software, and Hyperic, a leading provider of open management solutions for IT operations, announced today a strategic alliance to provide improved management and monitoring capabilities for Apache Geronimo.

In addition, both organizations will be co-sponsoring "Apache Geronimo Live!", an event to celebrate the project on May 17 at the W Hotel in San Francisco from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

CloudStatus Provides Free, Real-Time Performance Information for Amazon Web Services
