Hyperic Partner Network Gains Global Momentum
Hyperic Sees Partner Growth Across US, Europe and Asia-Pacific. A Response to Worldwide Demand for Monitoring Scalable Web Applications and Web Services
SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hyperic Inc., the leading provider of web application performance monitoring software for the datacenter and the cloud, today announced significant global growth in its Hyperic Partner Network Program. Companies that have recently joined include Openwater Solutions and Archer Systems in the US; Innovate Digital in China; ICE Systems in Australia; and Domino IT, Sopera GmbH, and Dalet in Europe. These additions build on the recent expansion of Hyperic's tiered Partner Network Program, designed to bring business benefit to partners who incorporate Hyperic's award-winning application performance monitoring portfolio into their own business strategy.
The Hyperic Partner Network Program growth corresponds to the current accelerated demand for robust web management solutions–in part due to the momentum around the next generation of cloud computing and hosting services. Hyperic's software products available for white labeling, reselling, or referral include web application performance monitoring software, Hyperic HQ; cross-platform, cross-language library and command-line tool SIGAR; and CloudStatus, Hyperic's latest product for monitoring the performance of cloud computing environments.
The program also recognizes software providers contributing management support for their products to the Hyperic community with a "Hyperic Ready" certification. This badge is designed to provide confidence in the manageability of their products for users and partners, such as cloud providers or hosting companies, who provide support for their products and services using Hyperic HQ or Hyperic HQ Enterprise.
Partners range from proprietary and open source ISVs, Software as a Service (SaaS) and managed service providers (MSPs) to cloud computing vendors and systems integrators.
Existing OEM and embedded partners include IONA Technologies, MuleSource, Sun Microsystems/MySQL, RedHat/JBoss, and SpringSource. Reseller and referral partners include OpenNMS and SpikeSource.
"Hyperic's software solutions serve the entire ecosystem of users, software developers, and service providers that depend on scalable web applications to run their business. With products like our flagship software solution Hyperic HQ, these companies have the ability to quickly and easily build in management insurance into their deployments. It saves them time and money, and builds trust and reliability into their business, while delivering our partners rich margins," said Jeff Santelices, vice president of business development, Hyperic.
What Partners Are Saying
"Through Hyperic's open source software, we are able to offer our clients a management solution that consolidates disparate data across many proprietary and open source technologies in one web location," said Lee Curtis, business development manager for ICE Systems Pty Ltd, one of Australia's premier system integration houses, based in Sydney Australia.
"As we pursue network management opportunities, customers often ask us to expand our project scope into applications management, an area that is Hyperic's sweet spot. Through our reseller partnership with Hyperic, we can quickly add an application management component into our offerings and seamlessly meet our customer needs," said Jeff Parker, Managing Partner of Openwater Solutions, a systems integrator based in St. Charles, Illinois.
"Many of our Federal government, national security, civilian government, and public health clients have begun adopting open source technologies," said Jennifer Miller, CEO of Archer Systems, a leading provider of business and technology services to the federal government based in Herndon, Virginia. "Providing Hyperic's open source management solution to our clients gives them a powerful alternative to traditional proprietary frameworks."
"In Italy and in many countries across the EU, there is a mandate for government entities to evaluate open source solutions for all of their IT projects," said Guglielmo Alfieri, Systems and Network Administrator for Domino IT in Italy. "Reselling Hyperic HQ has helped us to further expand our relationships with customers by delivering a quality, easily extensible management solution."
"The IT services market in China is booming," said Wang Yi, Managing Director of Innovate Digital Co., Ltd., a provider of Application Performance Management consulting services for clients across China. "Hyperic HQ's comprehensive, open source management and monitoring capabilities enable our clients to better manage the complexity of new and highly demanding technology, particularly important in such a high growth economy."
Hyperic recently announced Hyperic HQ 4.0, the next major evolution of its award-winning systems monitoring and management application, to address the growing needs of businesses embracing Amazon cloud services to create affordable and scalable IT deployment strategies.
