Forum Sniper Program

The purpose of the Forum Sniper Program is to encourage the community to discuss their needs and to collaborate to help solve problems. A vibrant community is the key to any open source project's success.

How Do I Participate?

Participation is simple, just join the forums and engage! It is important that you read the Hyperic Community Code of Conduct before jumping in.

Points are awarded when you answer questions or give helpful responses. While asking questions obviously helps you, rewarding the community members who help you and responding to other postings is ultimately what makes the community successful. Therefore, it is equally important for you to give back in the form of points and answers!

What Do I Get For My Effort?

First and foremost, you get a better community to help you use Hyperic HQ to manage all your web applications and infrastructure! Of course, Hyperic is particularly proud of our community and know that it is paramount to our success. We appreciate your individual contributions, so that is why we are awarding points.

Points in the community help you to achieve various levels of recognition. The upper levels can win t-shirts, travel mugs and golf shirts, and even a custom Hyperic fleece!
